Carla Vila is a Programme Lead at Centro Lemann. Previously, Carla has worked in leading non-profit and government organizations, including the Presidency of the Republic of Brazil (Secretariat of Strategic Affairs) and the Education Department of Sao Paulo State, Brazil. Carla holds a master's degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Oxford, UK, a postgraduate degree in Political Science (FESPSP, Brazil), and a BA in Public Administration (FGV EAESP, Brazil).
