Jo Moir is a British diplomat and development professional with more than 20 years of experience working for the UK Government at home and overseas. Jo is currently Development Director for the British High Commission in Islamabad, where she oversees the UK Government’s development partnership and portfolio of investments with Pakistan. Prior to this, Jo was FCDO’s Deputy Director for Human Development during the COVID pandemic, leading a range of global health policies and programmes, including on health systems, nutrition, climate and health and sexual and reproductive health and rights.
