Dr. Meredith McCormac specializes in international education systems, policy, and research at RTI International. At RTI, Dr. McCormac serves as the Deputy Director and Senior M&E Advisor of the USAID-funded Improving Learning Outcomes for Asia program, which provides technical services to USAID missions and governments across the region. Prior to joining RTI, she has worked in the education sector for over 17 years in 20 countries, with a number of nonprofits and with the Global Partnership for Education, focusing on policy and planning. From 2013-2015, she lived in Pakistan and served as the lead for the Pakistan Reading Project's work in AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan.
