Ms Saima Anwer has over 27 years of substantive and wide-ranging experience in the education sector. She has worked in the development sector in senior leadership and advisory positions with reputed international organizations in Pakistan and Bangladesh. Since 2014 she has been working with UK’s Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (UKAID) in Pakistan leading UK Government support to education in Pakistan and providing policy leadership and technical and operational support to education programs. Ms Anwer has worked extensively in the areas of education policy and governance, inclusive education and education in emergencies.
