Dr. Muhammad Shahid Soroya is currently working as Director General, Pakistan Institute of Education. He has served as Vice Chancellor, Lahore Leads University, and Pro Vice Chancellor, Minhaj University. He has also worked as Director General, Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) as head of the Academics & Research Division and initiated Community College Program in Punjab, Pakistan. He completed his Ph.D. from University of the Punjab, Lahore.
