Umar is a Founding Partner at Tabadlab and currently heads the advisory practice. Over the last 17 years, he has led multidisciplinary portfolios across the public and private sector in Pakistan, East Asia, Europe and Africa. He has been involved in the design and delivery of large-scale programmes, policy review and analysis, innovation, digital transformations and change management. Umar holds a Master of Public Policy from the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford.
